Shipping & delivery

Dispatch β€” Orders placed before 2 pm IST on a working day go out the same day. After that, the next working day. No dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimates β€” Bengaluru 1–2 working days Β· Metro cities 2–4 working days Β· Rest of India 4–7 working days Β· Remote pincodes up to 10 working days. These are courier estimates, not guarantees. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS when the parcel leaves us.

Charges β€” Free delivery over β‚Ή799. Below that, flat β‚Ή30. Cash on delivery adds β‚Ή5 β€” the handling fee our courier charges us, not a markup. Prepaid orders don't carry it.

Cash on delivery β€” Available up to β‚Ή1500 to most pincodes. We confirm with an OTP before dispatch.

Tracking β€” Order number and email at Track your order. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, message us and we'll chase the courier ourselves rather than asking you to wait.

Didn't arrive? β€” Message us. If it's genuinely lost we'll resend or refund without making you wait for the courier's investigation to close.

We don't ship outside India yet.

Returns & refunds

Faulty, damaged or wrong item β€” We replace or refund it. Always β€” opened or not, used or not. Photograph the item and the batch number on the pack, email care@chicbuddy.in with your order number. Sorted within one working day. No return postage needed.

Changed your mind? β€” Unopened, unused items can come back within 15 days of delivery, in their original packaging with seals intact.

Opened items can't be returned for change of mind. These are things that go in a baby's mouth or sit against their skin. Once a seal is broken we can't verify how an item was stored or handled, and we won't resell something we can't vouch for. It's the same reason you wouldn't want to receive someone else's returned teether. If it isn't working for you, tell us anyway β€” we'd rather hear it.

Starting a return β€” Email care@chicbuddy.in with your order number. We'll arrange pickup or a prepaid label where available.

Refund timelines β€” UPI / card / net banking: refunded to original method within 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery: bank transfer within 5–7 working days. Store credit: same day.

Refunds include delivery charges if the fault was ours. On a change-of-mind return, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

What we can't take back: Opened items for change of mind Β· Items without original packaging Β· Anything after 15 days Β· Sale items Β· Gift cards.

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How we do things

1 Β· We name the exact material

Not "safe", not "premium". The actual grade β€” food-grade silicone, OEKO-TEX Class I cotton β€” written on every product page, along with what isn't in it.

2 Β· Tested to the standard that applies, with the number

Teethers to IS 9873, fabrics to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. The licence number is on the product page so you can verify it on the public register without asking us.

3 Β· Where we don't hold a certificate, we say so

Our safety page lists what we haven't tested yet alongside what we have. If a certificate lapses, it comes off the site the day it lapses β€” not the day someone notices.

4 Β· Something wrong? You're emailing a person

Send a photo and your order number. We replace it, opened or not. And if it looks like a batch problem rather than a one-off, we check the rest of that batch and contact everyone who bought it.
