Domestic orders may be returned to a store or online — anytime, for any reason. Online customer returns can be refunded to your card or for store credit. All international orders, as well as personalized or embroidered items, are final sale and are not eligible for return.

All domestic gift returns receive store credit.

To initiate a domestic online return or exchange, please contact the Storks at storks@monicaandandy.com or (708) 638-5584. They will provide a prepaid return label for your items. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back. We will initiate a refund once we receive your return package.

Exchange or Store Credit

90 Days

Full Refund. If the domestic return is received within 90 days of purchase, we'll refund to whatever payment method you used. Returns that arrive after 90 days but before 365 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.

For domestic return or exchange assistance, please contact the Storks at storks@monicaandandy.com or (708) 638-5584. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the return label via email to postmark your items for return.
