Shipping

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

 

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
  • International orders take 21 business days to be delivered and we ship within same 3 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over Rs 500 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under Rs 500 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Payments:

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
  • Cash on Delivery is available. 

 

Returns and Refunds:

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email support@chicbuddy.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Order Placement:

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.

International Shipping:

international taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

Chic Buddy is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please call the Chic Buddy Customer Loyalty Team at 1-800-927-7671 for assistance returning the item. They will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment. However, we would be happy to assist you with a gift return. When a gift return is processed, we will provide you with a return label to send the item back. Once we have received the item and processed the return, we will issue a gift certificate to your account. 

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

As a chicbuddy.com customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. The funds from the original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card when the exchange is processed. If the exchange order is returned, we will issue the refund back to an e-Gift Card for the full amount (minus shipping). An exchange also requires the original order to be returned to Chic Buddy within 14 days. If we do not receive the original order within 14 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the replacement order. Please give us a call, chat, or email, and we will gladly share more details on how to process an exchange. Our Customer Loyalty Team is available 24/7 and more than happy to help!

 

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

  1. Call us at 1-800-927-7671 and one of our customer service representatives will take care of your request over the phone.
  2. Email us at support@chicbuddy.com and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

Chicbuddy.com is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Underneath the size selection dropdown menu, there is a link that says "Don't see your size?". If you click on that link, you will see a popup that will let you add your email address to our notification list. When your size, color, and style become available you will receive an automated email sent by our system letting you know that your item is available for purchase. The notification list does not hold an item for you, and it does not obligate you to make a purchase so you are welcome to shop around while you wait. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

 

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

Unfortunately, Chicbuddy.com does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. 

It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices. For instance, if a blue bag is selling better than a yellow one, one might discount the yellow bag to boost sales.

 

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on Chicbuddy.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment.  Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item.  Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.  If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
